Ingredients:

  1. Chicken                                          - 1 pound.
  2. Yougurt                                           - 4-5 tbs.
  3. Red chilli powder                             - 1 tsp.
  4. Turmeric powder                              - 1/4 tsp.
  5. Salt                                                   - 1 tsp.
  6. Ginger Garlic paste                           - 2 tsp.
  7. Oil                                                    - for frying.
  8. Onions                                              - 2 Chopped.
  9. Garam masala powder                       - 1 tsp.
  10. Coriandor leaves                                - 4-5.
  11. Black plum                                         - 1.
  12. Saffron                                               - a pinch.
  13. Milk                                                   - for dissolving saffron.
  14. Rice                                                   - 1 pound.
  15. Cloves                                               - 4-5.
  16. Cardamoms and cinnamon                - 4-5.
  17. Lemon                                                - 1.

Method:

  • First Wash chicken properly and keep it aside for water draining from it.
  • Marinate the chicken with Yougurt, Salt, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Ginger Gralic paste, Garam masala powder and Coriandor leaves.
  • Take a Sauce pan Heat oil in it and add chopped onions. After some time add a plum to it and fry it.
  • You can notice the colour of onions turns to red its fine fry till light brown. Take out little onions and put Ginger garlic paste and  marinated chicken.
  • Cook chicken properly till its tendered and the oil comes up.
  • Boil water in another pan, add washed rice to the water with Cloves, Cardamom and cinnamon and cook until it is tender. Remove from heat and drain off all the water.
  • In a separate wide pan, place the rice at the bottom as a layer and above this, place the chicken pieces as another layer. Repeat this process until the rice and chicken ends.  On The top layer put coriandor leaves, fried onions, Saffron mixed with little milk And
  • Sprinkle the lemon juice on top and allow it to cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Your Yummy Chicken Biryani is ready

 

Ingredients:

  1. Potatoes                                    - 2.
  2. Salt                                            - 1 tsp.
  3. Red chilli powder                       - 1 tsp.
  4. Turmeric powder                        - a pinch.
  5. Cilantro leaves                            - 4-5.
  6. Ginger garlic paste                      - 1 tsp.
  7. Water                                           - 1/4 glass.
  8. OIl                                               - for frying.
  9. Onion                                           - 1.
  10. Curry leaves                                 - few.
  11. Cumin seeds                                - a pinch.

Method:

  • Peel and cut the potatoes lengthwise.
  •  Dip in the water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry Onion, Curry leaves, cumin seeds and Ginger garlic paste.
  • Add potatoes and the rest of the ingredients with one 1/4 cup of water.
  •  Cover the pan and cook on low heat till potatoes are tender and thick gravy is obtained.
  • Garnish it with cilantro leaves.

Ingredients:

  1. Meat                                                   - 1 pound.
  2. Salt                                                     - 1 tsp.
  3. Red chilli powder                                - 1 tsp.
  4. Turmeric powder                                 - 1 tsp.
  5. Ginger garlic paste                              - 2 tsp.
  6. Tomato                                               -1.
  7. Onion                                                  - 1.
  8. OIl                                                        - 4 tsp.
  9. Coriandor powder                               - 1/2 tsp.
  10. Mushroom paste can                         - 1.

Method:

  • Wash meat properly and keep it aside.
  • Cut onions finley chopped and put it in a cooker.
  •  Now take the meat and put salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato, coriandor powder and oil in it.
  • Cover the lid of the cooker and let it cook till it is tender.
  • After the meat is tendered open the lid and stir well for 5 min.
  • Now put mushroom paste in it and let it cook for 5 min.
  • After 5 min remove it from the stove and off the flame
  • Your mushroom is ready.

Ingredients:

  1.  Seviyan ( vermecilli)                          - 500 grams.
  2. Sugar                                                 - one cup.
  3. Milk                                                  - one cup.
  4. Ghee  or oil                                       - for frying.
  5. Water                                                - one cup.

Method for sugar syrup:

  • Take a sauce pan heat one cup water in it and bring it to boil.
  • Now put one cup sugar in it and stir it till it gets completely dissolved cook for 5 min and turn off the flame.

Method for seviyaan:

  • Take a non stick sauce pan heat oil or ghee in it put it on medium flame.
  • Now put seviyan in it and stir well till it gets light brown.
  • Put  milk in it and let it cook on low flame after 5 minutes put sugar syrup in it.
  • Stir well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish it with butter or nuts.

 

Ingredients:

  1. Burger buns                                  - 4.
  2. Tomato                                         -1.
  3. Eggs                                             - 2.
  4. Salt                                               - a pinch on every egg.
  5. Black pepper powder                    - a pinch.
  6. Garden Ranch sauce                     - for spreading on burger.
  7. Jalapeno (mild)                             - 2 on every burger.
  8. OIl                                                - 1 tsp.

Method:

  • First fry 2 omelets, Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on eggs.
  • Now take 4 burgers Put this fried omelets on the burger.
  • Put Ranch sauce on it , tomatoes and jalapenoes.
  • Cover the burger with the top bun.
  • Now take 1 tsp oil in a pan and fry them lightly.
  • Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken                                     - 8 pieces.
  2. Onions chopped                         -5.
  3. Salt                                             - 1 Tbs.
  4. Red chilli powder                        -1 tsp.
  5. Green chillies                              - 2.
  6. Butter                                           - 1 tsp.
  7. Ginger Garlic paste                      - 2 tsp.
  8. Curry leaves                                 - 5.
  9. OIl                                                - for frying onions.

Method:

  • Take a non stick pan heat oil in it and put  Chopped onions, curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Mean while take Chicken wash it properly and keep it for draining water.
  • Fry onions till light brown now put salt, ginger garlic paste and this chicken in it.
  • Stir well and let it cook till chicken is tendered.
  • Once you can see that the chicken is tendered then put red chilli powder and butter in it.
  • Stir well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • You end this with onions gravy with yummy chicken.
  • Enjoy this with pain rice or chapatis.

Ingredients:

  1. Cake Box ( Vanilla flavoured)                            - 1.
  2.  Eggs                                                                 -3.
  3. Vegetable oil                                                     - 1/4 cup.
  4. Water                                                                 - to mix the batter.
  5. Vanilla whipped cream frosting                         - for spreading on cake.

Method:

  • Take a Mixing bowl add cake powder, eggs, water And vegetable oil.
  • Mix the batter well with the help of blender.
  • Arrange  a baking tray spray cooking oil to its walls and put this batter in that baking tray.
  • Bake it on 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  •  If you are using a shallower pan, reduce the time.
  •  You can tell when a cake is done by poking it with a slender knife if it comes out clean, then the cake is done. If there are streaks on the knife, then there is still moisture that can be baked out.
  • Once its done let it cool and then put frosting on it and you can also put some fruits on it like I put kiwi on It.

Ingredients:

  1. Mangoes                                   - 2 ripe.
  2. Apples                                      - 2.
  3. Pears                                         - 2.
  4. Salt                                            - 1 tsp.
  5. Black pepper                              - 1/2 tsp.
  6. Sugar                                         - 1 tsp.

Method:

  • Wash mangoes  and cut small pieces of mangoes.
  • Wash apples and pears and cut them in small pieces.
  • Sprinkle salt and sugar to it.

yougurt sauce

Ingredients :

  1.  Yougurt                                         - 4 cups.
  2. Salt                                                 - 1 tsp.
  3. Turmeric powder                            - 1/2 tsp.
  4. Red chilli powder                           - 1/2 tsp.
  5. Water                                             - 2 cups.
  6. Onion                                             - 1 finley chopped.
  7. Ginger garlic paste                         - 1 tsp.
  8. Besan (Gram flour)                          - 2 tsp.

For Frying:

  1. OIl                                                -  4 tsp.
  2. Cumin seeds                                - 1 tsp.
  3. Red dried chilies                          - 3.
  4. Curry leaves                                - 4.

For Bhajiya:

  1.  Besan (gram flour)                    - 1 cup.
  2. Water                                         - for making paste.
  3. Red chilli powder                       - 1/2 tsp.
  4. Ginger garlic paste                     - 1/2 tsp.
  5. OIl                                             - for frying.
  6. Onions                                       - 2  (Make small pieces.)

Method:

  •  Take a blender add yougurt, water, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, besan  and ginger garlic paste to it.
  • Now transfer all these to a sauce pan and put on a low flame.
  • When you see that the yougurt sauce is cooking  Put onions in it and stir it well and let it cook on a low flame for 5 min After 5 min off the stove.
  • Now make bhajiye. Take a bowl add besan, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and water to it.
  • When the paste is made add onions to it and mix well.
  • Take a non stick pan heat oil in it and slowly put bhajiye in it fry until light dark brown and take out when its done.
  • Put these bhajiye into the kadi.
  • Now for Bhagar heat oil in a small pan add cumin seeds, dried red chilli, curry leaves and add these on the yougurt sauce (kadi).
  • Your kadi is ready to eat use this as a nice side dish with rice.

Tandoori chicken

Ingredients:

  1.  Chicken Legs and Thighs                         - 16 pieces.
  2. Salt                                                            - 1/2 tsp.
  3. Red chilli powder                                       - 1 tsp.
  4. Turmeric powder                                        - a pinch.
  5. Ginger garlic paste                                     - 2 tsp.
  6. Tandoori chicken masala                            - 2 tsp.
  7. Yougurt                                                     - 6 tbs.
  8. Garam masala powder                               - 1 tsp.
  9. Lemon juice                                               - 2 tsp.
  10. Cooking oil spray                                       - to the walls of the pan.

Method:

  •  Wash chicken properly and make a cut in every piece.
  • Now Marinate the chicken by adding salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, yougurt, Tandoori chicken masala and lemon juice.
  • Keep it refrigrated  atleast for 2 hours.
  • Take a Baking pan or Baking tray spray cooking oil to the walls of the pan.
  • Transfer  marinated chicken in this baking tray.
  • Heat the oven for 400 degrees.
  • Put this chicken in  oven for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes see that the chicken is well baked if not put it for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • You will end up this with some gravy. If you like you may keep this gravy or you can take a pan and put chicken and gravy in it and cook for 5 minutes until the gravy is absorbed.
  • Enjoy this with rice or chapatis.
